Financing Requirements

You might be asked to provide these documents prior to closing.

1. Proof of Income: Current printed pay stub, which shows YTD (year to date) earning is required. Pay stub must be dated no more than 30 days prior to contract date. Customer must provide 4 consecutive pay stubs or letter from employer. If self-employed, last 3 months bank statements.

2. Proof of Residence: Mail that is addressed to customer that has been mailed to contract address, post-marked no more than 30 days prior to contract date is required.

3. Phone Bill: Copy of all pages of bill showing the phone number, name and address is required. Bill must be no older than 30 days prior to contract date is required.

4. Driver's License: We require a copy of your valid US driver's license. Exceptions are made on occasion.
